Six Breakspeare pupils took part in the Panathlon Challenge East Region Multi Sport Final on 20.03.17. Following on from their success as winners with Amwell View of the Hertfordshire final they competed against teams from Cambridgeshire, Thurrock and Suffolk.

The pupils came fourth and participated in boccia, new age kurling, polybat and table cricket

showing their ability to compete at a higher level.

They also met a wheelchair paralympian athlete who talked to them about her life and successes.
