Class 7 have had lots of different opportunities this term to learn different skills offsite.

We have been attending Arts Award where we are learning to play lots of different wooden and metal instruments and learning how to make a range of different sounds, with specific focus on high and low, loud and quiet. We also get to meet lots of new friends.

We have been sailing with class 6. Experiencing paddling a Katakanu and sailing in a sailing boat

…and we have been visiting our local library. Choosing books, listening to stories being read as well as reading them ourselves. We are also learning how to take books out on loan from the library using a library card.
